Stop the Bleed & Hands Only CPR will address the top reasons people are at risk of dying after traumatic injury! The number one cause of death after injury is bleeding. Learn how to recognize and intervene when life-threatening bleeding occurs in Stop the Bleed by applying pressure, packing a wound, or using a tourniquet.

Each month, Choices will host a time for moms to come together for a time of refreshment, a craft/take-home activity, a devotional, and connecting together with other moms. Come connect with other dads (and dads-to-be) at DADs Connect! There will be a meal, fatherhood topic or activity, mentoring and devotional.
