Choices is your next step if you find yourself in an unexpected pregnancy. We offer various unplanned pregnancy services and support. In addition, we provide the most medically-accurate pregnancy testing and ultrasounds to confirm how far along you are in your pregnancy.

Choices has provided nearly 61,000 no-cost appointments to women and men in Chattanooga since 1985.

By offering our services free of charge, our team gives you a judgment-free confidential place to make a confident decision about your pregnancy.

Our team understands the weight of the decisions you’re facing. It is a difficult time, and we want to do all we can to support you as you consider your options.

Unlike other clinics and centers, we will never charge you money. You matter to us, and our sole purpose is to help you.

What We Are Not

Although we are medical professionals, Choices is not a replacement for medical care or a medical doctor. We do not provide ongoing medical assistance or prenatal care.

If you are experiencing pain, bleeding, or other symptoms, we cannot issue medicine or provide treatment for you. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please seek immediate medical attention.

We do not refer or offer abortions or prescribe birth control.
