The Power of Her: Education, Advocacy & Black Maternal Health
In recognition of Black Maternal Health Week, this physician-led class centers the voices, experiences, and health of Black women. Led by a female OB/GYN, this empowering and informative session will explore the current state of Black maternal health, the factors contributing to disparities, and actionable steps to improve outcomes for Black mothers and families.
This class is lead by Dr. Porche’ Adams, DO. Dr. Adams is an Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist based in Chattanooga, TN. Dr. Adams is currently an OB/GYN at Women’s Health Services.
