Stop the Bleed & Hands Only CPR

FreeStop the Bleed & Hands Only CPR will address the top reasons people are at risk of dying after traumatic injury! The number one cause of death after injury is bleeding. Learn how to recognize and intervene when life-threatening bleeding occurs in Stop the Bleed by applying pressure, packing a wound, or using a tourniquet. Hands only CPR will teach you the correct way to administer compressions in the event of a cardiac arrest. These are life-saving skills anybody can learn and be prepared for an emergency!
