FreeAre you curious about what to expect after delivery? Do you have questions and feel too rushed during your prenatal appointments? Maybe you just delivered and you’re wondering how to continue recovering after your 6 week appointment. This class is for soon-to-be mothers and mothers who have recently delivered. This class will cover what to expect after delivery regarding postpartum care.
