Postpartum Care

This class is for soon-to-be mothers and mothers who have recently delivered. This class will cover what to expect after delivery regarding postpartum care. It will also provide instructions for caring for yourself after a vaginal or cesarean section delivery.  We will also discuss postpartum depression.
