We offer free, accurate, and 100% confidential pregnancy testing to any woman who thinks she could be pregnant.

Pregnancy Options Consultation

We provide no-cost education about abortion, pregnancy, fetal development, and birth so you can make an informed decision about your pregnancy.

Adoption Information

If you are considering making an adoption plan, we can provide free information about the adoption process and referrals to adoption agencies.

Material Support

We provide baby items such as clothing, diapers and more to women and men who participate in our programs.

Community Education

Presentations and tours provided at Choices’ Vance Road center. Sex and relationship panels offered each semester on UTC’s campus. Speakers available upon request.

Post Abortion Support

For those who make an abortion decision or have had one in the past, we offer confidential post-abortion counseling and support. Click here to learn more.

Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound

Our highly trained medical team can provide you with a free ultrasound to determine how far along you are and if the pregnancy is viable.

Abortion Education

We provide information about the abortion pill and different surgical abortion procedures and the risks they carry so you can make an informed pregnancy decision.

Parenting Program

To pregnant women and couples who choose to parent, we offer free one-on-one education and parenting classes during pregnancy and through the first year of your child’s life.

Sexual Health and Relationships

We provide a safe, confidential environment for you to talk to health professionals about your sexual health, relationships, and everything in between. Free STI testing vouchers and referrals available.


We provide referrals to doctors, adoption agencies, WIC, Medicaid and other community resources.
